Run 2 miles, 2x1:00, 2x1:30, 2x2:00 AI's, 2 miles on the trails of Anne Springs Close Greenway in South Carolina

Run 4 miles, 3 strides on the trails in SC. It was hot, and I ended up walking a lot. I'm not used to temps and humidity like that yet! I also scratched pasts something and picked up a little poison ivy. Nothing too severe - still well worth the trail run.
